Our management staff and crew have over ninety years combined experience in the asphalt paving industry. Below is information pertaining to the background of our management team.
Dan Jacobs - President
Dan is a 1984 and 1987 graduate of Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
He has worked for over thirty-five years in commercial construction responsible for architectural design, product development, structural analysis
and business management. Dan is responsible for client relations and project engineering/management from first meeting to successful project

Bob Weathers - General Construction Manager
Bob is a 1970 graduate of Clemson University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He has worked in the asphalt paving industry since 1970 in every capacity from estimating to project management to owning and operating a successful asphalt paving business. He may be reached at [email protected].
Kelvin Brown - Crew Manager
Kelvin has twenty years of experience in the asphalt seal coat industry. He is responsible for crew management and on-site supervision of all projects. Kelvin is detail oriented and provides a quality product for our customers.
Kathy Weathers- Owner/Business Manager
Kathy attended Clemson University and is responsible for the day to day office management. She oversees all aspects of the firm including, but not limited to, personnel decisions, bookkeeping and accounting, and customer and vendor relations. She may be reached at [email protected].
